BRUNO MORARA

and collaborates with various Regulatory Boards in Italy
as a freelance consultant. His fields of interest include
the sensory analysis of cheese, training activities
for cheese-producers and vendors, the publicising of
information regarding dairy products and methods of
marketing. He also prepares and manages cheese competitions.
